So here i am writing a new story to the series of SAT bravery stories, you must be wondering why am i doing that? It is on the demand of many a people and by consent of our inspiartion of this story.

The story is "RAMANAN AND INTEGRATION"

Introduction of Characters:
Ramnan: our hero of this story, SE. Heart of the project and a guy of courage(ask testers whose defects are rejected on a regular scale)
Viraj: SE. (hero of our last story)
Gaurav Rathore:SE. Very jolly person.(khushi ho ya gam...muskurayenge hum) a man of knowledge

Gaurav J: PL.hard working(ramanan can testify for all night outs) and of a great insight into the project

others(all except introduced): SE. blessed by ramnan, relieved by Gaurav R

Disclaimer: It is a work of Fiction and its resemblance to any real life event or people is a mere coincidence :D

Story:
It was a bright morning for those who were awake and a dizzy one for ones trying to be awake.
Ramanan had just finished integrating the code and was making a release..as if to surprise people who will just wake up and find a release and a shock to testers who would come to office beaming with no work. He made a release, placed it correctly and left for home...trying to think of good things but nothing came to his mind.
He dragged his feet towards the parking lot where his maroon indica was parked. He saw people pouring in through the gates laughing and chatting ready to start their day when his yesterday had just ended. He smiled as the thought of being one day behind the world crossed his mind.
As he lied down on his bed, he began to think of past few days. Lot of work...releases, defect fixes for last releases and some coding stuff...Uff!! He was dozing off to sleep.
Ramanan was sitting on his desk checking mails just then Gaurav J came to his desk and invited him to see the code. He smiled, got up and went towards Gaurav J's desk not realising what was in store for him. Gaurav J comended him for his work and his dedication, while gaurav R just smiled. Ramanan was being asked for a sacrifice...He was being given integration. BANG!! that was cool wasn't it? Everything people will write and he can just integrate it..."no work :P"
Ramanan spent his day at leisure, as the code was not ready yet but as the evening approached he began to get tensed up...still the code was not ready. According to his plans he would have made a release 2 hours back. He started asking Others about the time they need. Gaurav R was smiling. "Abhi to raat baki hai anna", Gaurav J said. Bishnu was struggling with the modem driver, Viraj with parser, and so on. Ramanan was overwhelmed at the sight....his eyes wet and him heart full of sorrow at the plight. Then finally the coding was over it was 9:10 but still integration could not be done as the GUI was still coming up. Anup and myself(shailja) were struggling to get it working. Ramanan was waiting.
People then left their desks to have dinner outside....Ramanan was turned into a driver by the stroke of luck. He drove people far from office and then brought them back to office...what an irony?

It was not before Sunday that Ramanan got the "ready code" and started "integrating" or "Rewriting" the code. Nothing worked. Threads crashing. Gaurav j typing at the speed far more than he could grasp. Gaurav R smiling.....
But just as he thought the application was ready and working....it happened. Yes!! the application crashed on VNC.
CRASH!!! Ramanan woke up with a start, covered in sweat...ohh!! thank god it was just a 'Daymare', "sajna ji vaari vaari jaun ji main.....", his phone was ringing. "Ramanan, what did u do ramanan? I never expected this form you", this must bhi Gaurav J.."hehe, Anna... code fatt gaya", and this must be Gaurav R...Ramanan thought. "tere liye cab bhej rahe hain jaldi se aaja"
and then phone was kept down with a bang. Ramanan did not even get a chance to say hello.
He remembered all his gods and promised offerings to the prominent ones if he came back alive. Thinking of possible reasons for the crash and death of code, He arrived back to office.
Everybody was looking at Ramanan...Our Satman was having a look at the application, nobody dared to speak...all the eyes were fixed on him...every soul waiting for some miracle...some hads were folded in prayer...some lips moving in silent prayer....just then SATMAN turned looking grave(as when a docor does after diagonsing CANCER) and said"KOI ERROR NAHI HAI. REJECTED!!"
This is just one instance of a lot of integrations Ramanan did for SAT. For which he has been bestowed with numerous"accoldaes" such as SPOT AWARD(Also known as "Comp Award") and a Royal Title of "SATMAN".

People have learnt a lot from Ramanan. One is "I LEFT NO DEFECTS :D"
