My farewell to my first project and its people..
"We have reached another milestone", Mahuya was delivering her farewell speech."Shailja,Shreyasi,sweta and Azit will move to RAMBO/WBBC. They are released from the project.", she continued.
Something inside me snapped; I don't know why? This was what I wanted all along and yet it came to me like Heartbreak.
This going away from people i know to people i dont know, has always scared me. It scares me till date.
I feel better when i think of people who are coming with me to the next one but still its a new start.
I recall the day i joined Infy, pune. I was so tense to meet Karthik and one of my friends escorted me to Karthik's cabin and then i met Karthik, next i was sent to Mahuya and then to Gaurav R. Next there were new friends...shreyasi, Neha and Sweta. New friends made. We spent so much time together at coffee, in gossips and at birthday parties watching people getting bumps: D. that was fun really.
That first presentation with Sujeeth on XS still brings smile to my lips. When Sujeeth was tense and i wanted to go home instead of working late :)
I can’t forget the GUI i did with Anup. The way i used to loose patience while Anup asked me to Relax, take deep breath, chill and so on.
The advices Gaurav J gave me from time to time taught me a lot.
Those messenger conferences with all. Planning and then going for project parties and also the work we did together.
Loosing patience at times or laughing away the matters.
Yes, one more thing the testing at last…the concluding phase of my SAT Life. I’ll always remember how I exchanged the tasks with Azit and Girish.
I will miss everything.
All I can say is this was Great!!!
